Moritz Bernard(1794-1871)
Moritz (Matvey) Bernard, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Jelgava in 1794, the same year of the composers Benoist, Hüttenbrenner, Kearns, Panny, Rook, Schubert.
