Frantisek Bartos was born in Brnenec on the 13rd June 1905, the same year of the composers Adomián, Arapov, Blazek, Blitzstein, Bozza, Brusilovsky, Dankevich, Darnton, Defossez, Farkas, Garrido, Gundry, Halffter (Escriche), Hartmann, Holewa, Hughes, Jolivet, Kenessey, Kosma, Kozlovsky, Kreuder, Landré, Leigh, Maes, Meyer, Michaelides, Müller, Pizzini, Rubin, Ruthenfranz, Sandi, Seiber, Sternefeld, Tippett, Tubin. He died in Praga on the 21 May 1973
