The composer Lajos Bárdos, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Budapest on the first October 1899, the same year of the composers Angelo, Auric, Chávez (y Ramírez), Cortese, Coward, Davidenko, Duke, Gedda, Haas, Korchmaryov, Krása, Lamote de Grignon y Ribas, Manziarly, Müller von Kulm, Poulenc, Rohloff, Tcherepnin. He died in Budapest on the 18th November 1986
