The composer Antonio d' Antoni, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Palermo on the 25th June 1801, the same year of the composers Bellini, Berggreen, Bree, Concone, Ellerton, Hewitt, Janssens, Kalliwoda, La Fage, Lindblad, Lortzing, Skroup. He died in Trieste on the 18th August 1859
