The musician August Ritter von Adelburg, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Pera on the first November 1830, the same year of the composers Arcais, Bülow, Durand, Goldmark, Grandval, Heise, Hellmesberger, Hentschel, Kretschmer, Lassen, Leschetizky, Minchejmer, Métra, Riccius, Serrao, Skuherský, Tolbecque. He died in Vienna on the 20th October 1873
