I'm graduated at The High school Liceo Scientifico “G. P. Vieusseux” of Imperia and I'm graduate in musicology with praise at the university of the Studies in Pavia, department of Cremona (School of Philology and Palaeography of Music). I have studied piano and Harmony at the Conservatory of Music “G.Verdi” of Turin.
I teach music and history of the art in the government schools. I have taught piano in an Academy of Music.
From over ten years I deal with instrumental, vocal and lyrical concerts, that I organize especially in Valtellina. I have been devoting for twenty years on the criticism and the musical search, expecially that that concerns the lyric genre of the second half of 1700 and first half of 1800.
I possess a good knowledge of English.
I am honorary member of the association ItalCorea for the lyric works and was a member of jury for international prizes of lyric song.

I'm graduated at The High school Classico “Rosmini” in Domodossola (No) and I'm graduated in musicology with praise at the university of the Studies in Pavia, department of Cremona (School of Philology and Palaeography of Music).
I have achieved the diploma of a biennial course post lauream at the Catholic university of the Sacred Heart in Milan, I'm specialist in the polyvalent teaching.
I've studied piano, organ, composition and choir direction at the Pontifical institute Ambrosiano of Sacred Music in Milan.
I have taught for almost twenty years music and history of fine arts in the government schools and piano, organ, harmony and history of music at an Academy of Music.
I compose vocal and instrumental music: some of my pieces have been performed in public concerts in Italy and in foreign countries (In Seul my Serenade for flute and piano has been recently performed).
I am programmer (C++, Delphi, PHP, Sql) well experienced in computer music and music editing. I collaborate with the REC Music Foundation in Saint Louis for music software development (Artsconverge).

Didier Descouens né à Toulouse en 1957 (l’année de la mort de Sibelius). Docteur en médecine spécialiste en otologie. A travaillé notamment sur les Hyperacousies phonophobiques et les troubles de l’audition en relation avec les troubles du comportement de l’enfant (autisme, dyslexie). Esthète donc italophile il collectionne la musique.

Occupation – Writer/Researcher (Currently writing screenplay on the life of Thomas Paine (1737-1809), also writing and researching a controversial biography ‘Mozart and the last years of the Holy Roman Empire’. Co-operating with Prof. Giorgio Taboga for documentary on Mozart. Very interested in conducting research in the future on the many lost musical works (cantatas and magnificats) of Johann Sebastian Bach. (I love France and one day I hope to live in France).
Studied Music/Orchestration/Harmony/Instrumentation – Royal School of Music, London (1970-4)
Composition – Transcription of Greek Text for Orchestra and Chorus (1982), Fanfare for Trumpets (1983)
Studied Oboe and Clarinet.
Student of the life and music of Mozart and JS Bach for many years.
Also very interested in relationships between nature and music from a mathematical perspective. Active member of various music forums. New ideas are great :
